RETURN POLICY / SHIPPING RATES



Steps for return or exchange:

1.) Fill out the Ski Stop Return/Exchange form that is attached to your packing slip and attach original and or copy of receipt.
2.) If you are exchanging, be sure to include the details of the new item(s) you need.
3.) Ship returns insured, prepaid by way of UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post. Make sure to get the tracking number from the shipper.

**C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted. Refunds will be issued to your credit card within 2 days of receipt. Exchanges will be charged for return shipping.

We reserve the right to determine the condition of the returned merchandise.

Shipping Policy:

Most standard delivery orders ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the destination, and the value of your order. Please refer to the charts below. Delivery times are only estimates.

We cannot at this time ship out of the United States. We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO address.

Shipping for oversized items, including but not limited to car racks and car boxes as well as orders exceeding $500 will be calculated at checkout, based on order value.
